September 2001
The KW Atlanta Perimeter charter is approved and our Market Center launches with twelve Agents. Seven of those agents are still here today!
February 2007
While KW Atlanta Perimeter already had a strong presence locally, Keller Williams launched the KW Luxury division nationwide. KW continues to be a force in the luxury market ranking #1 in luxury sales in Metro Atlanta.
April 2009
Keller Williams Commercial division launches nationally and the following year KW Atlanta Perimeter is recognized as KW’s top Commercial office.
March 2014
Our KW Atlanta Perimeter reaches 200 agents.
February 2019
Keller Williams introduces KW Command, our proprietary, award-winning business management tech platform. KW Command was built with continual input from our agents on what they wanted and needed. Our tech department continues to add features and improve the platform to keep us on the cutting edge, such as the integration of AI we have now.
