As the founder who created, built, and now runs Alliance Sports Medicine in Alpharetta—and the current CEO of Alliance Spine & Physical Medicine in Woodstock—Erica has spent the last five years managing operations, profitability, and multi-provider growth across two of Georgia’s most established integrative health centers.
